I was looking at all my pictures that I have taken from all of the cookies we have made here at Nom Nom Treats. My son was with me and he picked out his top three designs because they were “different from the rest”. I thought I would share them with you because he was right – it’s nice to see different designs and ideas used for Nom Nom Treats! Thanks:)
However, he did want me to point out that these following two cookies were his all-time favourite. hummm…I wonder why?!

My Kids love going to see my Mum (aka, Nana). I think it is because the first thing my kids do when they arrive at my Mum’s house is run straight to the cookie jar! I still remember doing the same thing when I was little.

Just wanted to say a BIG CONGRATULATIONS to RIM and the Blackberry10 team for all their hard work for the launch today. I can’t believe how fast 2012 wen’t! Obviously it was very busy for Nom Nom Treats as I didn’t even have time to blog about our new location in Downtown Kitchener! We are now located at 32 Ontario Street North and are lucky to be roomies with the lovely Flourish Florals. Pam at Flourish is the creator of beautiful floral designs, using only the finest locally grown and fairly traded flowers. Waterloo Honda held there annual Christmas Party this past weekend to say thank you to all there wonderful staff who have made their 2012 a successful one. Nom Nom Treats were delighted to be apart of the night by giving everyone a custom branded 3″ cookie as a special treat!

These tress have been beautifully decorated by local store and designers. All funds raised at Winter Wonderland will be directed to St. Mary’s Regional Cardiac Care Centre. One of the many things I love about this job is being able to share in all the celebrations my clients have. I have had the pleasure in making cookies this year for; birthday parties, babies showers, weddings, 1st communions, new homes, new jobs, and more. It is great to see so many people sharing their special moments with others in a fun and tasty way:)
This week I was asked to make cookies for a tea party a client was having. She was having a group of friends over to celebrate the Queen’s 60th Diamond Julblee! I personally think this is a wonderful way to enjoy an afternoon among friends:) I hope they enjoy the cookies!

Wow! I can’t believe it has been two months since I have blogged. Things have been very busy at Nom Nom Treats. Our heads have been down and we have been baking up cookies like crazy and loving it! Here’s a few places where you might have had a bite out of us:)
The 4th annual Glass Slipper Affair was held on Thursday April 12 this year. The event was held at the recently renovated Family center in Kitchener. The money they raised for this great event went to the Children and Family Services of Waterloo Region and will change the lives of many children in foster care. Great job guys!
Tweetstock 007 was held in Brandford Ontario on Thursday April 12th. The theme was The Web is Not Enough and the idea behind it was to get you ” to stop thinking that your website is enough to land your next client, and time to start thinking outside the WordPress box. You need to begin thinking about optimizing the web tools that are available to you to help you attract your next million dollar client.” From what I read on twitter that day – it seemed like the 100+ attendees enjoyed themselves (and my cookies:)
The Candian Digital Media Network hosted Canada 3.0 this year. It was held on April 24th and 25th in Startford, Ontario.
Canada 3.0 was the ”place to meet the minds and the innovations that make digital media in Canada happen. Representatives from industry, government, and academia, from coast to coast, gather all in one place, and all with one goal in mind: to share their unique perspectives, ideas and insights on Canadian technology with you.” You might have also had the chance to gobble up one of my custom logo chocolates at the ANTVibes booth that day as well!
Cambridge Towel was present at the Home Hardware trade show held in St. Jacobs this Sunday April 24th, and so was Nom Nom Treats! It is so great to be a part of a local business that reaches so far. Check out their company blog and follow them on Twitter here.
